365: January 1-7, 2015

I decided to do another 365 project this year. My daughter Hannah is 16.5 and my son Isaac is 19, life is busy and I want to document it in pictures.

My 365 goals for this year
1) Use my DSLR more
2) Improve my eye
3) Become more bold and not be afraid to take pictures or ask people if I can take their picture
4) Capture our life
5) Take more pictures of my kids

45/52 San Diego and Alumni Game

It was my mom's birthday this week so Hannah and I decided to fly out to San Diego and celebrate with her.
We paid a visit to my grandma and went out for mani/pedis and lunch with the birthday girl.

My grandmother has Alzheimers and doesn't know who I am.
It has been touch and go,  so  I'm glad I got to see her one more time.

I took pictures of my sister's family while we were there.
Robbie had quite enough by this picture. I love 7 year olds!

We flew back on Tuesday just in time for Isaac's Alumni game.
It was so good to see him on the court  again.

Family Pictures

I have been in kind of a slump lately. No desire to pick up my camera at all, so I was glad when my sister asked if I could take a quick family picture since her out of town daughter and grandson were in town. Taking pictures on a cold afternoon makes everyone very cooperative =)

My niece and her husband and their puppy, I didn't realize how much gray he has until I looked at the pictures. Such a regal puppy.

My nephew asked his girlfriend to marry him a couple of days before so I had to get a separate one of them to mark the occasion.
